REGISTRATION FORMS ??
If you need a registration form, contact any member of the PHS Class of 1968 Reunion Committee. We are asking that registrations be completed before August 31st, 2008. Early registration allows the committee to plan for seating, appetitizers, number of rescue squads on-call for the dancing, etc.
